  I've had a CD player I bought off of gumtree for most of my adult life. At 30, I decided I wanted to upgrade and try to get a system I wouldn't regret. I looked at the internet for guidance... for about a month. Then I looked at the big name stores... for 5 minutes. And then I drove to Denis White and asked for professional help picking something to suit my budget. Gee, I got it. Thanks! The difference is unbelievable. Your music deserves help from these guys. You won't regret it.

  Original post - Had a good experience with them years ago when purchasing home theatre system. Years later when some of those items required repair, they were pretty ordinary. Made no attempt to communicate with me about the status of the repairs or chasing up the repairs when it was taking months. Their after purchase service soured my initial positive feelings. Update - I am willing to accept when I am wrong. Dennis White have made contact and, despite some initial poor communication, do appear to be trying hard to get my receiver repaired at low or no cost. Have changed the star rating to reflect this.

  Bought a soundbar here for our new TV so I can binge out on Netflix and not continually turn the sound up for dialogue and down for the music or sound effects when the dog is trying to sleep. Good service, ran through all the features. Happy to support a local business and would come back
