  Awesome customer service from Doug and the whole team. Doug was very friendly though-out the transfer of my licence and great sense of humour too :)

  Plenty of room to sit, even with the family. Great layout, very clean, staff are very helpful and happy, minimal waiting time. A very pleasant experience every time I visit - which I've found to be unusual at government/council centres.

  I showed up very close to closing time, stressed to the eye balls having raced over from work. My experience was incredibly pleasant and efficient. I wish i could remember the name of the woman who served me, because she was so kind and engaged.
