  Friendly, knowledgeable and good customer service. My key wasn't right to start with and they sorted it out without fuss or issue. The young guy that works there is friendly and has exceptional people skills. He's a real asset to the business.

  I approached one of the guys sitting in Diamond Lock and Key work van to ask for a business card. The person wasn't very helpful. In fact he suggested I try another company. The fellow was quite distant and obviously not interested in talking with me. I asked his name and after contacting office I find he had given me a false name. Quite a strange interaction.

  Had to get my locks changed quickly. They sent Clayton, a lovely young man that was very polite and worked quickly and efficiently. He did a great job and all locks work perfectly. would recommend this company highly.
