  Yet again DCW customer service has failed. Unless you know exactly what you want don't bother going there and asking questions because they just come off arrogant and abrupt, absolutely zero sales/customer skills. Spent thousands through this shop as a return customer and I ask for a better price as I'm a return customer, the answer I got I quote "every customer is the same in our policy I can't even deal $1" seriously guys get with the times I can order off an online store in another state even with shipping and still be cheaper. I've been a return customer being a local but after repeat bad customer service I just can't deal with it anymore. Stay clear of this store unless it's something needed right away or you know exactly what you want don't bother asking questions here. 0/5

  Purchased over several thousand dollars worth of Camera gear and didn't even get offered a bottle of water or a rounded off figure. Knowledge was good but money first culture will not bring repeat business.

  I'm a professional photographer and this is my choice of camera store in the area. They have extensive range of cameras and other photography needs at low prices. Customer service however, can be irritating on trying to upsell insurance and extras. Like dude, I'm a professional photographer, I know exactly what I want.

  If you know your photography, this place is Utopia. Yes, getting into the customer parking can be daunting. Past that, it's well sorted shop. Staff I have found always to be friendly. Price for a local brick and mortar shop is competitive. Find a better place let me know.

  Went searching for a pack of Visible Dust Sensor Cleaner last week. Couldn't find the damned things in a store anywhere and reluctantly decided to buy it online. The eBay ones were somewhat cheaper, but I was concerned that the products would be fake. Ordered them last week from DCW and they arrived by Australia Post today. Item was packed securely and was as described. Took all of 3 minutes to clean the sensor and I have 4 more swabs left. Happy with the experience and will certainly consider them for future purchases.
