  Staff were friendly and readily available to help if needed. The computer guy was very knowledgeable and helpful.

  The store manager Blake and his team where so polite and helpful with absolutely everything I needed can't rate them enough.

  Appalling, pushy service. Staff member thought it was appropriate to make rude assumptions about the fact that I don't wear an engagement ring.

  Customer service is non existent. Problem with lounge bought almost 2 years ago within weeks of being delivered. Faulty piece repaired 3 times to no avail. Returned to me approx 6 weeks ago and 2 weeks later, same problem. Contact domayne and told someone would get back to me in a day or so. Waited week and half and nothing. Called again and was assured someone would get back to me the next day, that was 2 days ago. It seems that they do not give a damn about customer service.

  Dealt with Greg. Very unimpressive, belittled the sales girl in front of customers. Rude, unhelpful and lacking in product knowledge. I will not be back because of Greg. Richard G
