  Rang through order only to get there and be told they couldnt find the order. So total time from ringing through to receiving, nearly 2 hours 😕

  We got ours delivered, it's a lifesaver when I'm occasionally too exhausted and too busy to cook. For best value for food + delivery cost, we bought enough for two nights dinner and reheated in the oven. It was very cool being able to track our order & driver, so we had the table set & were ready to eat right away while it was still hot.

  Great pizza, but they should communicate with their customers a bit more. Waiting to pick-up pizza for 15 minutes, when for nearly 10 of those minutes, twas likely on the shelf.

  Made a walk in order, waited in the store. After half an hour of waiting staff called us over to tell us that they hadn't actually put the order through. I commend them that they gave me a full refund, but I would have thought it would take them less than 30 minutes to realize considering we were sitting right in front of them... Staff were yelling at eachother and mucking around/swearing while customers were present. Wouldn't go to this store again

  They really need to get non slip grip on the stairs. Those stairs are a death trap in the wet. I should know i had a severe fall with injuries to prove it.
