::Young girl working 1st July (Saturday night around 7pm) was extremely rude and lazy. Greeted my friend and I saying "what do you want" with no smile or manners the whole time. Not a great attitude for customer service at all 👎🏻

::The friendliest girls, the best chai's and coffees anywhere in Newcastle and Sydney and the tastiest, hottest cinnamon donuts I have ever tasted! Always made how we like it, never have to go back. April, Brittany and Hannah run the place so well and know our order before we even get to the counter. Keep it up girls!
