::Very rude - I arrived to find only staff member on phone call in office. - I sat down to wait for 3 mins after which another patient walked in and stood in front of counter - after finishing phone call did not ask who was next and took second customer into treatment room still without acknowledging me at all - Australia is getting so bad at customer service
