  I am finishing dinner here now and I honestly have never had such bad service. I was pleasantly greeted however limited acknowledgement since. It took almost 30 minutes before someone took my order or brought water. The food came out in less than 10 minutes which was surprising however my server did not come back for over 40 minutes while checking in on all the tables surrounding me. On top of it all, the steak was mediocre. There's so much more but I try to limit my complaints. I hate complaininv but felt obligated as i watch four tables around me get service while i just sit. The good news is I'm not in a rush and enjoying the view.

  Really nice restaurant. Would recommend booking as it gets very busy. Its on the pier right by the waterfront. Serves coffee etc in the day. Good menu and drinks selection. The staff are friendly and the service was good. You pay as you walk out the door. Its not cheap but it wont break the bank either. Definately recommend for an evening meal or coffee if youre in the area.

  We tried to dine there on two occasions. We were told, it was fully booked out even though we can see empty tables. We made a booking and finally able to dine in this restaurant. While the food was great, we are not sure why the staff turn customers away when we witnessed there were a few empty tables throughout the whole night when we were there.

  Staff rude as. No interest to serve. Been there a few times now... Food is good but from the front reception (where all they are more concerned about where your standing) to having to send signals to try and get waiters. UPDATE: recent experiences have been better. Taking feedback onboard has saw new signage and staff more attentive. Well done...

  The evening before we got takeaway and the food was good, but when we returned for breakfast next day and asked for a table closer to the water (there were plenty of empty tables) we were told that we can't get any of these tables. We've asked why and were informed that this section is closed. Normally I would agree as there are plenty of other places that open in sections due to many reasons, but there was one table in the "closed" section that was occupied by about 8 people that were having breakfast. When I pointed out this table, I was told "don't worry about them". I didn't worry about it and we moved on. I am not advertising other places and will provide appropriate reviews, but other places was cheaper, better water views and definitely better service.
