  My partner won't stop raving about the amazing friendly customer service she received by the owner - a lovely man of Cypriot background Best car wash ever!!! After so many bad experiences throughout Newcastle $17 for a great car wash Thanks so much will definitely be back!!!

  My Subaru Forester was washed at Charlestown on Saturday and during the wash I watched the trailing fabric arms pick up my rear windscreen wiper assembly and rip it off the car. I could not stop this from happening as I was inside the car with water and soap going everywhere. The attendant was most unhelpful and advised me that there was nothing the company could so as the assembly must have been loose. Rubbish. I watched a trailing piece of fabric get between the wiper and the rear windscreen and this caused the whole thing to be torn off. I will never use this carwash again (despite having used it weekly for years) and will ensure in future that I use a laser wash where nothing touches the car. Cost of replacement assembly was $66.15 at my Subaru dealer.
