  The staff were very friendly and the food is great. Nice atmosphere and a good selection of Tequila. Definately recommend for a good Mexican meal!

  Recently returned from San Antonio (US side of Mexico border) ... some nice restaurants there, but this gem in Perth was better than any of the establishments I visited in San Antonio. The food was fresh, flavorsome and more creative than your standard Mexican restaurant. BTW - I have no connection with the restaurant. When I find a place that is this good, it shouldn't be kept secret.

  This fantastic Mexican bar & cantina has never failed in my opinion. Great range of tequila, tequila cocktails, and other drinks. The food is superb, but don't come here unless you are looking for proper Mexican food that isn't of the Old El Paso cheese laden "Tex Mex" variety. Have tried a number of items off the.menu and haven't been disappointed once. Best bang for your buck is the $39 Feed Me option, which is always delicious and doesn't leave you hungry. Staff & service here are also on point, highly recommend visiting el Publico if you are in the Highgate hood 👌

  Unbelievable. My favourite 'sit down' bar. They split bill, have amazing staff who answer any and all questions. They are just as excited about the different tequilas as the consumer and will give you an insight to the flavour as they serve. Often have more than one waiter to bring all the food/drink at once. Reasonably priced, love to hit them up with a group of friends on a night out.

  Amateur service (if you refuse to write orders down you better be sure to remember them - our attendant couldn't - and then was ambivalent about the mistakes with no apologies which resulted in one person left without mains whilst the rest of us ate), inconsistent food (some dishes great others very ordinary), no atmosphere, lighting was too dim one of us used his phone so we could attempt to identify who's tacos belonged to whom, uncomfortable table situation, our experience was enjoyable because of the excellent company even though we had to yell over background noise to hear each other. The sweet corn dish was very nice.
