::Rented a waterfront apartment at the waterfront from Elders in 2017 and service was appalling. Elders only supplied a single key for a three bedroom apartment and forced us to pay over 100 dollars for another key. Then the aircon broke down three times over the year lease, culminating in us spending over 2 months of the year lease, including Christmas and New Years without an aircon. Repair times given by elders were completely unreasonable, if not laughable. Would never deal with Elders again
