  I had my eyebrows waxed and tinted with Ophelia , so happy with the result it was so good to get rid of those greys ! Great customer service too I’ll definately return

  I had a very relaxing experience from the lovely kylie and will definitely be returning soon! all products relevant were recommended and I felt very understood and well looked after

  The staff were very nice but the shop and treatment felt very 90s. Fine to use my voucher but endota hands down is better

  I got given a voucher for a facial and a recommendation to see Mikaela at Ella Bache in Crows Nest. I booked online and did not know what Mikaela looked like when I arrived at my appointment. I ended up seeing another staff member there, who did do an okay job, however she didn't introduce herself or explain anything that she was doing during the facial or discuss any of the products she was using with me. What I was annoyed about, was I had booked with Mikaela as a recommendation to her skills and was given someone else. When discussed with the person who gave me the voucher, both them and I thought this other staff member must have gone onto the system and changed it in to her name as Mikaela was not busy when I arrived. I later found out what she looked like from the person who gave me the voucher. I will not return unless to see Mikaela in the future. This was a poor act by the person who took my appointment from Mikaela. I hope that you see this review.
