  I visited in 2017 for various treatments, had purchased packages and would have recommended this beauty clinic without hesitation. However, earlier this year, I visited for one facial and had my remaining treatments booked in. I received a call asking to reschedule my next appointment to two days later then, when I arrived for that appointment, the clinic was "temporarily" closed which I found surprising considering they were open only two days earlier and rescheduled my appointment. I was not contacted at all about the temporary closure which was back in January and a friend I recommended to the clinic is in the same situation. Please be aware if this clinic reopens to ensure that any packages you purchase are redeemable in other clinics in the same chain as I lost my remaining treatments.

  This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. Horrible! I got a Brazilian and she didn't prep me or put powder on or after was lotion! She did the worst patchy job I've ever had! I asked for a discount and all they gave me was 10% I'm really not happy and am going to persue this matter further

  I have been to may salons and i found ellarouge to be very professional and informative. They guided my skin care concerns with a machine that showed up all of my imperfections and then showed me products that would help me with them. In the past, i have found salons to be pushy but i did not experience it. The treatment was very relaxing and i walked out feeling on top of the world and truly cared for.
