  Not much from outside but the bistro has a great feel, the food is sensational and the service is wonderful.

  Wonderful Function Hosted a function on a Saturday afternoon at the Emerald a few months back for 35 persons. Jane & her team were spectacular in ensuring all guests were well fed, watered & most importantly felt valued & respected. Made myself as the organizer look great. The venue space was perfect. Finger foods tasty & fresh with a prompt & friendly bar service. A few of us enjoyed ourselves so much we stayed on for dinner as well. Would not hesitate to book again.

  Oysters were delicious but a bit small. Steak cooked perfectly with a lovely addition of mashed potato and mixed vegetables. Totally enjoyed our visit.

  As usual, the eye fillet with Bearnaise sauce did not disappoint and was outstanding. 10/10. The letdown was the Creme Brulee. While the topping was perfect, the Creme was too floury and paste like and not at all like a custard. 3/10.

  A quick dinner with my lovely lady on a very warm day. New waitress being trained, she was great. Food was fantastic, tasty and well presented , beers and wine were cold. Only let down was lack of air conditioning in the indoor restaurant. We finished and left due to lack of air flow!! Will be back though!!
