  What a studio!!!! There is no other place like this I've ever been. Dimitria and her team at Energize have literally saved me $1000's in Osteopaths to manage my headaches. Eight years on I am the strongest I have ever been and in my 40's... A great loyal following means we exercise in a beautifully supported environment. If you're having fun, you keep coming back; we're definitely having fun and I hate missing my time at Energize!
