  Staff were friendly, however for the rate paid it wasn't worth it. Room was only serviced once (after the first night) over an 11 night stay. Encountered the odd cockroach or bug most days coming back in to the room (all windows and doors were closed). One positive is the location though, very close to trams and only 10-15 mins walk to surfers paradise.

  Lovely little unit. Recently renovated. Beautiful views. What else could you ask for. Also a pool, sauna, steam room, spa, squash and tennis court.

  Very run down units I've looked at two to rent both balcony and in side need a little more tlc. But nice place good location nice staff

  Budget apartments, but cannot fault anything here for the price. The room was well furnished with complete kitchenette and full sized dining table. Views were amazing and the reception staff helpful. Pool, (small) gym and games room. Close to everything at the top end of Surfers, couple of hundred metres to the tram station, and right across the road from the beach. WILL stay here again!
