::Worst experience renting a car ever, a staff named Nitin was very rude and arrogant, not even listening to what I said but just kept talking about it’s all customers’ problem, nothing to do with the store. I reserved the car at Europecar just because I am a loyal customer of Expedia and at the time only Europecar has car left, I would never ever ever book any car with Europecar in Melbourne ever again!!!

::Had a great experience for our 8 day rental for our family of 4. They even stored our bags until we were ready to get the car later that day. Land Rover Discovery had 17,000k and it was exactly what we needed for our Great Ocean Road trip ... only complaint is that the steering wheel was on the wrong side of the vehicle :)

::During the last Christmas holidays I had to rent a car for 2 days to discover with some friend the beautiful Victoria State. I looked at many sites and the only provider that had cars available was Europcar, that, however, had also a very high rate. I chose a big car as we had to drive for more than 16 hours in 2 days but, when I received the car I found out that they gave to me a small one, as, they say, it was the peak period and they didn't have any bigger car available. I paid 275 AUD/day to have a very small car... unbelievable! And I discovered on the day of the return that they had the garage with many bigger cars!!! NO WORDS! I also had the necessity to contact the office during the rent at the general phone number. I started to call them since 8 am but I received an answer just at 2 pm. I give 2 stars just because they gave to me a thorough answer to my question. Anyway I suggest to NOT rent a car with them in Australia!
