::THEY THINK BACKPACKER ARE STUPID - TERRIBLE SERVICE I had ask for an estimation they had applied for my tax return! When I went in the office they bring at me the manager because of the mistake they done. They applied in August and I knew after 2 month by my self, after they never interested or called me. I left the feedback in Google the day after the manager call to say what they can do, thats funny because they called me after 4 month! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! TERRIBLE SERVICE

::Seriously regret using this company I would advise all backpackers to just set up an account with the ATO. I was told to expect my tax return mid July, it is now mid October and still no sign of it. Yet my girlfriend received hers in mid July! Every time I contact them they just give me a generic response saying they are in a 'legal' dispute with the tax office over my claim, when I asked for evidence of this they say they can't provide it and they NEVER get in touch with me to let me know how its progressing. AWFUL customer service. I have no way to know if they are actually in a legal dispute with the tax office or if they have just held on to my money.

::Very very quick way to get tax return. I am french and i used express tax back when i went back in France. Very easy, i gave a bit of document and they did everything. very good tax agent ! for exemple, i used an other enterprise for my superannuation and it was horrible ! i had to find so much document, call my agent a lot of times like if was doing the work for them ! and i get nothing ! so express tack is the good one Thank's very much to you

::Terrible terrible service, would advise not using them. It's far easier and quicker as a backpacker to do your taxes yourself. Still no word on my tax return when the ATO is returning taxes within 5 days. No idea the issue as I'm pretty sure they haven't even contacted the tax office on my behalf yet. Have asked them to call me and still waiting on that call nearly week later. Definitely won't use their services again and would suggest others not to.
