  Amazing workouts every session, everyday challenges you and I love the suspense of not know what we are doing everyday. People are friendly and you are always made to feel welcome. If you've never worked out before, you can be a bit startled at first but trust me, your strength & fitness will transform!

  Am really enjoying working out for the first time ever. Great classes. Just found my new favourite - Angry Bird. Love the staff. So friendly and helpful.

  Fun, Fast and gets the job done! Love coming to this gym - friendly, A1 clean equipment - Great instructors!! Nothing better than getting the job done in 45 minutes and then go ... I'm addicted ... Feeling stronger!

  Training at F45 Torrensville has honestly been the best thing I've ever done! I've been a member since March 2016 and I have not looked back. The sessions have been a good mix of both cardio and strength. They keep you on your toes and you work up a sweat like there is no tomorrow. Our amazing trainers have challenged me in ways I would not have challenged myself, and I've notice my fitness and strength levels have improved 100%. The club itself and the owners have definitely become part of my Adelaide family and I love the sense of community that Torrensville has. It's honestly the friendliest club I've ever been too and you're welcomed with open arms from the get go. Thank you Torrensville x

  I first stepped in to F45 Torrensville in March 2016 and was greeted with smiles and an intense workout. I thought my current regime was pretty good but since attending this amazing facility my fitness level has gone through the roof. The best thing about the whole place is you are having to much fun to realise that you are working out! The team are really friendly and willing to help out in any way possible. Cannot recommend the Torrensville studio high enough. If you want to try F45, try F45 Torrensville!
