  One of the most disappointing spa experience It was my 1st time at Face Affair and I've booked myself for a facial. I will save your time by telling you just the key points what made me make such a bold statement above. Let's start by saying that i was overcharged by $45! compeer to the advertised price on the website without any explanation given. My bad for not looking into it further at the time when the therapist was rushing to finish for the day and to get out of the door (booking was well within operating hrs of the spa) For the most part of my treatment i was left alone, in a very cold room (!) with my therapist outside talking on the phone and then to her friend(?)/coworker and packing up for the day there was no music and as a result i was fours to eavesdropping this treatment did not include any form or massage in it (at all!) And the last but not list I have advised to my therapist that I have very sensitive skin and was recommended vitamin infusion facia that included chemical peal to which i believe i have had very strong reaction and had a red spots all over my face for a week

  I have never written a Google review before, but after my experience at Face Affair, I just needed to tell someone that this is NOT a wonderful place to go, contrary to the other reviews here. I went to Face Affair for laser hair removal on my underarms and I have very sensitive skin. I went there because it was close to home and the prices were fair. At my first visit when I revealed my underarms, the woman exclaimed that my underarms were in very bad shape and that I needed help. It was so embarrassing, but I knew that my follicles were thick and I was there to get the help I needed, so I went back for the 6 more sessions that I paid for. in advance I went on holiday recently and found out that I still needed more treatments as some of my hair was growing back. So today, I went in to get a treatment. Now, last night, I wore a dress that was tight around my arms and so my underarms were red this morning, however they weren't painful. When I revealed them to the lady at Face Affair, she had a look of disgust on her face and told me I shouldn't get laser today so as not to irritate them further. I said I felt fine but agreed to come another day. As I walked out, the lady followed me and exclaimed very loudly to her two colleagues and another customer in the spa "she has a rash!" I walked out feeling very angry and embarrassed. I'm never going back there again. They are judgemental people and unless you go in there with absolutely perfect skin to begin with, they make it known to you and everyone else there that you're not perfect. Just plain rude!

  I had a spray tan with Denise for the first time and not once was I uncomfortable or felt awkward. Denise has such a warm and friendly personality that you just instantly trust her. The colour she picked for me was great. I told her natural and she picked a great tan. She was brilliant. Highly recommend Face Affair and will definitely try their other services.

  These girls are fabulous. Terrific customer service, they really know their make-up. I go to them when I have photo or video shoots for work - corporate.
