  First time here. At one point looked totally lost. 2 staff talking to someone about soccor and the other on his phone. Not the best first impression. Who knows if it will get better.

  Good size in total (free weight, strength areas) but smaller than Bond, Kings Cross and George St. One drawback is there's no power racks, platforms like these branches. Minimum power training equipment with 1 squat rack, 1 power rack, 1 Smith machine. Because it tends to be crowded it feels smaller and cramped. Dumbbells & kettle bells scattered everywhere and hard to find ones. As my main use is power /strength & weight training, it seems bit short of essential power training equipment. Good to have steam and sauna. Wet area's floor is slimy and slippery so walk slowly and steady. Staff are generally courteous.

  The gym itself is great. Nice staff and equipments. The toilets and changing rooms are dirty....

  Rudest staff that I have encountered at a gym even after 10 months of coming. The odd smile with a greet and farewell, otherwise this place picks and chooses who they want to extend common courtesy to.

  The highlight for me are the staff, who are generally friendly, approachable, helpful, & put in the effort to make their patrons keen to visit again. The gym itself is large, clean, well-lain-out; it has good facilities, & members flow quite well, even at peak hours. Regular members generally keep to themselves, but are usually friendly & cooperative enough when it comes to sharing equipment. Overall, a well-above-average gym, in my opinion. The only drawback is Fitness First's relatively limited business hours.
