  Very disappointed with the lack of service. I had a cracked iPhone 6 screen which was fixed and fitted with a tempered glass screen protector. When I first put the phone on charge the screen cracked just below the camera. When I went back to the shop to complain the young shop assistant just said "You broke it". I tried to explain but he was more and more rude. I asked to see the manager and was told he comes in at 4pm, I said I would come in. As I was at work, I got there at 4:30pm and was told he had left. I will never use this company again, their lack of customer service and interest when a complaint is made is worse than poor. You have been warned. And this is not fake.

  Fixpress is awesome, fixed my 2015 retina display screen within 45 minutes, cheapest price I could find and fantastic service. Go see Mark and you won't be disappointed! :)

  Service friendly but please INSIST that they provide you with proof that the device was handed in (with FULL details of your device) when you hand it in. I handed in my iPhone but received different /another person’s phone in return, which they said was not fixable. Also please check the location of the (very positive) reviewers. Most are not from Perth and likely never been here.

  Mark was great, he fixed my laptop same day. He made it very convenient and easy for repair, oh and his prices are very reasonable! I will definitely be referring him out to all of the Office here in our building. Thanks Mark!

  Super fast awesome service! Fixed my broken iPhone and earpiece speaker at a great rate and works like a charm. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.
