  Excellent customer service. Diane did a very good job of juggling 3 customers in the showroom on Saturday morning and Russell has been exceptional, even responding to emails over the weekend out of hours.

  A lot of stuffing around for a result I never wanted. I had two large windows in my house which I wanted to be covered by blinds. I was told the span was too large for one blind, so it would have to be split at some point but could opperate of the one roller. I was ok with this and went ahead with engaging Flair to do the work. After a couple of months, the blinds failed. They came back to repair them and as a result, changed the componentry so that the blinds didn't operate of one roller anymore and now I had to operate two blinds on the one window separately. I would never have gone ahead with them if I knew this is what was required. They wiped their hands of the problem and hand-balled it to their supplier and I am left with a fiddly blind set up. Poorly handled issue all in all. I would not recommend Flair.

  I found them fantastic to deal with and a stress free exspence . They were the best when it came to the price and the quality was outstanding. I highly recommend this company

  good service and very good prices, can be a bit slow to come out but much better prices than the competition

  I would not recommend this company to anyone! Unfortunately I learnt this the hard way! Very poor customer service and an average product!
