  We bought a computer 3 years ago. We were talked into using flexirent by the salesman, who explained to us that it was a loan situation where we would pay off the computer over 3 years and own it at the end. The 3 year plan ends in May, so my partner called and was told that we won't infact own it, we have only been 'renting' it this entire time. And we now have to pay more to own it outright. Completely misleading and dishonest company - will never be using it again. I should have been given honest information from the salesman from the start. Don't be fooled.

  Don’t go with these guys! Biggest rip off and try to take your money even at the end of the cycle period saying you owe for the tools or “exit fee”. Just go to a bank or even better loan shark. Hope you rot in hell FLEXI!

  Absolutely nothing flexible about this company, unable to reduce your payment term, customer service is practically non existent I had to get a sales rep from Harvey Norman to speak to someone personally at Flexirent to get an answer. Just buy the product outright do not use this company.
