::Ask for David if you can. My husband needed a quick flight back to LHR due to an ill mum. David was sensitive to my husbands needs. Got him a cheap and practical deal. Gave his commiserations and was genuinely sensitive to my husbands needs. Got him a fabulous last minute deal and could not have been more professional. We were so impressed by David we just wanted to hug him. A small shop in a small suburb yet so personable. David was just so lovely. Highly recommended.
