  Was served by both Jacob and Ella at different times and they were very pleasant experiences! Both times I was given cheaper flights than I found online and were very helpful and friendly. They took the time to listen to what I wanted and I had a couple of great trips. They also remember me when I go in and take the time to have a chat.

  Great store. Dealt with Jacob and he was excellent. Definitely recommend him and I will be back for all future bookings

  Won't return your phone calls, even after multiple messages have been left. Have told me to the face when first dealing with them that phone calls aren't that important to them. They would rather talk to someone in their store.
