  Some good courses some really bad. When you spend 3 years on a degree to then find out there are no recordings for the final year at the start of the final year is a huge blow to students who rely on the recordings.

  Don’t recommend any international students come to this uni. Waste money and time. Hardly learn anything from tutorials, some of the tutors never prepare for the class. All the things they can do is wasting time and Google. For nursing student, the course arrangement is another joke, because students amount is far more than the capacity they have. No small class at all, especially the lab class, so many students in one class, it is very hard to engage with tutors. All the topics in nursing are tutorials, which means tutors didn't talk much in the class, it's all group discussion. The admission of nursing is low, tutorials usually are full of international students, as we pay more money. But because of the low standard, most of the students are not getting used to the teaching method here, so the tutorials are just always quiet, hardly learn anything from it. Placement arrangement is ridiculous, they don't care where you live, whether you have a car or not, they just send you to any place they like. 50-100km far away from the place you live is normal. And you can't change it unless one of your family members suddenly die or you were in a car accident. For nursing student, sturt campus is separate from the main campus. The facilities here are old, the campus is tiny and with only one cafe which is extremely expensive. Study here you will never have any uni feeling.

  You know it's a joke when you have to arrive at uni an hour early cause you know you're going to end up spending 30 minutes driving in circles around the entire campus trying to find a damn CAR PARK!?. I'm out, going to Adelaide in semester 2

  I'm a mature aged student going back to study through the Foundation Course. My lecturer, Jane Habner and my tutor Madele Van Dyk are so talented and so inspirational. Because of these two ladies I am excited to have enrolled and inspired to do well. The campus is well equipped and offers a multitude of services for anyone who is keen to make something of their lives in an informative, supportive environment.

  I've had to change my review to a lower rating because of the poor quality of the distance education program. There's not as much effort or time spent making the materials user friendly, leading me to believe the DE part of Flinders is only there to bring in money. My program was MSW and I wouldn't recommend it to others. Little improvement after many complaints by other students. Go elsewhere.
