  When you ask the hairdresser not to cut your fringe and they immediately start the session by buzzing half of your fringe off with an electric razor; you tend to be a bit ticked off. This has happened to me multiple times in the past year or so, have only been attending buisness due to it being the only hairdresser I've gone to since I was a young teen. Jenny is quite possibly the only reliable hairdresser in the store. Will not be returning. Staff should be able to follow basic directions from a customer, English should be a strong suit of an employee that works in a job role that thrives on communication/customer service. Sincerely, Dissapointed, for the 3rd or 4th time.
