  Been here quite a number of times and it doesnt disappoint. Large variety although it does not change much. Has prawns and good variety of desserts. Also includes coffee which is decent especially when it comes from an automated machine. You see staff walking around ensuring food etc are in order and they are very friendly when you request for something. Came here for my son's birthday and he got a cake and the staff sang to him. We enjoyed it a great deal

  Wish I could give 0 stars Oh where do we start with this review... We were a party of 4, with one of our group having food allergies so just wanted to pay for a single bowl of chips and full price for the other 3 ( which they have done twice before) and then we were astounded by the attitude of the staff which blew us away it was so poor. The counter staff provided a scripted response, sorry we can't do that ( yet they have twice before ) so they called the supervisor ( Katie?) who point blank said no and we have never allowed this? So we were again asked to wait and the manager came over, only to reinforce that the new direction of food fantasy is rudeness is the first step in customer service when dealing with a customer enquiry. So disappointed our group was by the experience, our group asked for a full refund. Such a shame service has become so poor, a reflection of the new owners? Food fantasy, sadly no, they have so far to go to even come close to being food average.

  Very noisy, but very family friendly. Kids everywhere! Very attentive staff! To get good value for money you have to be very hungry. Great selection of seafood, carvery, salads and desserts.

  Seafood nights are ok and reasonable value for money. Desert variety is great. The only negative is that the place is very noisy. This is due to the large amount people that can be seated at the same time.

  Food Fantasy is great for breakfast esp if it is included in your package. Otherwise you need to be hungry to get value. Want an omelette line up straight away for the chef. Another favourite of mine are the pancakes from the machine near toaster . I do wonder about the mix but it tastes nice. My preference is to avoid commercial food. Last night (Saturday) Food Fantasy was choc a block. I would not have made that choice. Line up outside. Better to book well ahead in other restaurants.
