  Simon @ Mile End gave our family disgraceful service from the second we walked in. Needing to know our potential money spend seemed more important than finding out our needs/requirements. His snappy attitude towards myself was atrocious. You had the perfect bed for us, we bought elsewhere due to the arrogance of your staff. Simon I suggest you get out of the industry, shopping for such an important product needs to be a joyful experience.

  Recently bough QS mattress & base for guest bedroom. Fantastic price & service from Julianne, delivery & installation great also. This is the 2nd bed I've bought from Forty Winks. Service was great last time too. If I needed another I'd head straight back to them, wouldn't bother shopping around!!

  Very poor service Forty Winks. I paid to have a bed delivered, and the old bed taken away. As soon as they collected full payment, they delivered the goods, but refused to take the old bed away, despite the fact I had clearly paid for this service. A phone call to the store received nothing but excuses, and i have received no response to an Email I sent. Perhaps they will respond to Consumer Affairs?? A very disgruntled customer.
