  HOW RUDE!!! We walked into the shop which seemed to have no one there but when the guy came out to the desk he totally ignored our hello and just sat at the desk then when i asked for help he rolled his eyes and huffed when he came over we asked about ready made frames he was very unhelpful and pretty said nothing just pointed and as quick as that he was gone back to his desk CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS = 0

  Very friendly, polite and helpful staff. Repair done to existing painting+frame (painting had fallen out of frame, and frame hanging string broken) was very high quality and done super quickly. Also their weekend hours are convenient for being able to drop in and out if you work Mon-Fri. A++ would frame again!
