  I had a young man called Oscar help me out with a warranty claim today who was extremely courteous and outstanding in the assistance and service he offered.

  Great store, friendly staff, easy parking underneath the building. Set over several floors, so it's slightly different to the standard Freedom store layout. A lift is available if you find the stairs difficult or require wheelchair access. This store had a few more pieces than the Windsor store, but the Windsor store has a bigger kitchen showroom. Clearance items are tucked under the stairs, on the right hand side - by the main entrance.

  Went for a browse on Saturday as I am building, having a look at this kitchens, received an interrogation from the young male staff. When I told him my build includes a kitchen, I was basiclly told to move on. I was going to furnish my home with Freedom... but I walked out and was welcomed by Nick Scarli

  I had a fantastic experience with the bubbly Jennifer (aka: Jenna) at the Fortitude Valley Freedom store yesterday. I was stressing out about how to furnish my office when Jennifer saw me- she took me by the hand and designed my office lay out- I am not sure how she did it but she managed to turn my vision into a reality. Her background in interior design has definitely paid off- I could not recommend her more highly... it will defiantly not be a wasted trip if you manage to get pleasure of meeting Jennifer. Thank you once again Jennifer!
