::I totally ordered several items of furniture that turned out to be too large for the room. It was my mistake and at the discretion of Freedom wether to refund or not. They offered me in-store credit to spend on something more appropriate and even worked with me to combine collection/delivery of the return and replacements so that I didn't have to pay for collection, which again was totally my fault. Rarely do I receive old-school excellent customer first service like this anymore. Highly recommended. Besides the service, there is the product itself. It'll usually will take a while to get your items, but they warn you of the delivery times prior to charging you, so you can take it or leave it, your choice. However, the items are premium quality at mid-range prices. I have an 8 year old Freedom leather sofa, and it's been sat on almost every day for 8 years and in great shape still. Compared to the rediculous prices charged by some other 'scali'-wag furniture shops the prices are reasonable for stuff that'll brush off 10 years with ease, maybe more. Anyway, thanks to the excellent service which no doubt would have affected the profit they made from this particular customer, I believe they have found a customer for life so long as they keep the same standards. Thanks

::Unfortunately I have a complaint about the kotara store. I went in there yesterday with the intentions of buying a bed and linen, after walking the store for about 20 minutes without one staff member acknowledging me, I found 4 staff members all huddled together conversing yet didn't bother to ask if I needed help. As I continued my Shop I was looked at by staff members with no acknowledgement as a customer, this really upsets me as someone who works in customer service I would think your first point of call as a staff member is to greet your customers and ask if they need help.
