  With making my new purchase i was thoroughly unsatisfied with cutomer service and management. Certain staff members(Hush)was greatly helpfull throughout the proccess. This is in regards with the osbourne park store.

  Bought a bedframe on special. No worries. Told it would be disassembled because it's floor stock and pickup 5 days later. Come to pick up and hasn't even been disassembled. Unorganised establishment

  Really great experience at FB. Sales staff very friendly and helpful and worked with us to get a deal on 7 piece furniture set, bed and king size mattress. Would definitely go back again.

  Was looking at cheap couches, went to Ikea and found something for $1,000, fantastic i thought (Like the pun, lol) The exact same couch here but with different covering, double the price. Happy shopping, generally average qlty product and u have to wait weeks/month for it to be made and delivered. Joke of a company.
