  Paperwork for the settlement was not processed in timely fashion. There have been major delays in processing the paperwork. When you follow them up they do not respond till the issue is escalated. My settlement has been delayed twice. Not work the money they charge for organizing the paperwork. Most stressful and unhelpful experience ever.

  Very poor service. I was hit with cancellation fee due to a mistake done by GADENS.....It took more than 6 months for them to rectify the fault. Not HAPPY.

  No Customer Service especially staff dealing with Mortgage Settlements, Rude and money oriented. Gaden staff will Put all blame on Conveyencer and customers. Ruined my contract for $450. Treat customer as defaulter and no respect.

  Pretty poor. Asked for payout figure of mortgage 3 times. Oh your case manager is out to lunch call back. Hangs up. Ended up speaking with the bank and was solved on 73 seconds. Gadens don't give a toss. They've got the contract with the banks so why would they care about you. I am paying off my mortgage and get treated like I have not ever made a repayment on the loan. I think debt collection agencies are more professional than these guys.
