Testimonial for Rod Genders & Partners I first came across Rod Genders because he offered a generous discount on creating wills for war widows and so I took my mother to see him for an initial consultation. I found Rod to be personable and there was something about his manner that suggested he was trustworthy and that he knew the law particularly well. Rod was professional - without being aloof - and he was able to convey complex, technical legal matters to both my mother and myself with great clarity. I felt that the advice he was providing was informed, practical and logical. Rod always made us aware of options and final decisions were in our hands. I was impressed that he appeared to be someone who would do things properly and according to the law. I next dealt with Rod on the death of my mother and I found him to be genuinely compassionate, sincere and, once again, he provided sensible information as to how to proceed. Rod knew of probate procedure and he liaised with the conveyancer and banks ensuring that those matters were dealt with properly and successfully. I always felt secure that things were safe in Rod’s hands, so much so that my wife and I chose to have our wills created with Rod’s practice.
