  Great gym very clean, good rates including group fitness classes. From $13.00 a week 6 month contract.

  Hopeless cutstomer service. Signed up for a free trail as I wanted a 1 month membership. They refused me my free trail due to not having a cairns drivers lincsnse despite the fact I am Australian and hold one for melbourne. Refused a free trial, but they were happy enough for me to sign onto a contract for 1-12 months without my license!! Contradicting. Mind you the club is small and the machines are old. Wouldn't enjoy training there even if the customer service was on point.

  parking not available after 8pm....and also unavailable after 4pm on weekends and friday..... hope they can improve on it...

  Good gym and facilities. Shame they don't enforce their "no towel no workout" policy. People in the gym all the time with no towel and no shoes.

  Always friendly staff. Particularly rate Naho and Sheryl who take the yoga classes in the city. Wld love to see more time slots!
