I recently purchased a car from Gerhard and had a fantastic experience. Gerhard, Colin, and Mark were all very friendly and professional, and made the whole car buying experience very easy. They were in no way pushy, and were very respectful and patient in all of our dealings. The range of cars available was also very impressive and of a very high quality; I could happily have chosen many of the other cars that were in stock. The finance broker that the team referred me onto was also very professional and was able to come to my residence to discuss finance options and to sort out the paperwork quickly, clearly and efficiently. He found appropriate and competitive finance for me very quickly, and was ready to finalise the finance one business day after our initial meeting. I highly recommend buying a car from Gerhard's Quality Cars, and would happily return to do business with the team.

Friendly, Enthusiastic: I recently purchased a BMW from Gerhard's in Fyshwick. The vehicle was in good condition, registered and the experience was no fuss with friendly and enthusiastic staff. After a minor mechanical issue one might expect from an older car, the mechanic, Mark and Gerhard, the owner, were quick to offer a solution and with minimum fuss to make sure I suffered as little inconvenience as possible. The dealership has a great collection of secondhand luxury models and all were in great condition, making it easy to find a great car at a reasonable price. Thanks for the help guys.

Dear Marty Mcfly ????? I am well within my right to ask if you are a genuine buyer on this prestigious vehicle. You mentioned another vehicle similar at a better price and wanted me to convince you why ours had more value. How can I do that when I don't know the other vehicle that you are comparing with. I suggested an appointment to test drive the vehicle as this is protocol on a vehicle of this stature, and your comment to me was "I will make an appointment to test drive it right NOW". The time being 4.45pm near closing time. You showed no genuine buying signals and therefore a joy ride in a prestigious Mercedes Benz C63 AMG was declined. You never at any stage requested to see service books or ask me questions on previous owners etc. Genuine people that buy these cars know what they are and ask genuine questions and very rarely request to test drive at this early stage. To suggest that this was racially motivated is ludicrous and you should be ashamed of yourself as I take offence of your stand over bullying technique and your sexist remarks. You may need to take a good long look in the mirror. We live in a multicultural society and I have respect for every race and no sales person could even afford to be racist in anyway. A very low shot from you considering you could not even use your rightful name in this rant. Very disappointed in your behaviour young man. Regards Tina

Horrible customer service. Got served by a Tina Darmody. Asked to test drive a car. First response I get is her questioning whether I was a serious buyer. I Told her I was picking between this and another car. she then Told me to go test drive the other car first, Then saying I can test drive it only right before I buy it. Then she changed her story and said I must make an appointment to test drive. Upon requesting to make an appointment she further questioned me buying the car. The conversation then turned to pricing. I asked her if she could do any lower and that I've seen similar cars same model go for less. I enquired about what specifications separated this car from cheaper ones. L She couldn't answer my question as to why theirs was more expensive... Or maybe she just couldn't be bothered.. She just said to "go buy that one". With none of my questions answered I returned the conversation back to test driving it. She then told me, "why would I let you test drive it, when you can go buy that one for" X amount. Overall a bad experience. I feel as though she is rascist and very judgemental person.
