::Although I didn't originally buy my 8yo bike from the store - I have taken it in several times to have maintenance jobs attended to that I wasn't confident in doing right myself. The service is excellent. The guys in the workshop listen carefully to what you would like done and suggest anything else they think would be worth doing. I like that the prices are up front and reasonable. There is no hard sell. I was able to drop the bike off on a Sunday and pick up late after work on Monday (very convenient for me). I was very happy with the repairs / adjustments - the bike feels much better now! Thanks Yuji & workshop team.

::Giant Sydney is bloody awesome!!! Great service, knowledgeable staff and mechanics. Bought my first mountain bike there with Lewis we went over everything and we ended up on a suitable bike for what I would be riding. He goes over everything with care and professionally, even goes the extra mile to fix anything. I had a few hiccups all down to my own fault and that was fixed Lewis and the mechanics got me back on the trail as fast as possible. I really do recommend getting your bike serviced there by their talented mechanics or even if you just need a place to start in the minefield of the cycling world the staff are knowledgeable and know what they're doing. ::Typically I don't write reviews but Giant Sydney have been outstanding in every aspect! My wife and I bought new high end bikes a few months ago with a view to doing some competitive age group triathlons. As we improved over the months post purchase the bikes needed adjustments and fine tuning. Grant has been incredible as a "solution expert". ::I love that Giant Sydney is a big brand shop with the feel of a real local bike shop. I have been constantly impressed with the levels of service I have received despite the ridiculous requests and challenges I have presented to them in the past. They take excellent care of my bike and do so much for both triathlon and cycling within the local community! Definitely go in if you want a sweet new ride and tell the Tim sent you!

::Excellent customer service. I always have a positive experience at this store. The staff are welcoming, friendly, super helpful and very knowledgeable. I really love that they offer female-specific bikes and gear for the ladies. Highly recommended!
