::A friend of mine bought a charger at this store and it failed to charge her phone(yes it was the correct charger for the phone). Tried to get a refund the next day and was told by the owner that was not possible as she hadn't got a receipt from the store. Owner told her she shouldn't have bought a cheap charger and offered to exchange the charger for a more expensive charger if she paid more for it. She declined as she needed the charger the day before. She showed proof of purchase and was told she still couldn't get a refund. That is ILLEGAL under Australian Consumer Law. 0/10 #dishonest
