  Had a decent mocha here...staff must have been tired as they looked a little listless. Perhaps they should be paid a little more to help brighten their day. Happy to go back but it does need a little maintenance.

  Gloria Jeans Glendale is an amazing and comfortable environment. Through a combination of great service, great decor and coffee brewed to perfection, I have awarded the shop 5 stars. I would like to give a special mention to my server Kye Jackson, in which was well spoken and had the best spikey hair. Mike, Trudy and Phil are wrong and probably lying.

  Amazing. 10/10 can make a great coffee and ice chocolate, would recommend to everyone and anyone. Mike, Trudi and Phil are completely wrong and probably lying, GGCG are great and provide great service with great coffee's.

  Oh dear oh dear. You don't expect much from a chain coffee outlet, but Gloria Jeans Glendale certainly lives up to the reputation. Distinctly average coffee and terrible service. People lacking in social skills and who clearly don't want to be there aren't the best people to be working in a coffee shop. They close at 530, and they were already cleaning half the shop before four o'clock, practically ushering people out of the shop, hardly sending out the best message. As I left, I said goodbye. No reply. Goodbye for ever.
