  Usually great quality drinks, and yummy food. Last experience wasn't great though. Service was O-K. Not happy about the last hot chocolate. Walked out and first two sips I got nothing but milk and chunks of chocolate powder. Disgusting. And I returned asking for a replacement. Girl was either annoyed or just wanted to get the hell out of there. Didn't apologise. Remade it for me and it was better but still lower quality than usual. That experience was a 2/5.

  A good place to meet up with friends or simply talk business. Good service along with great coffee and food. They have alfresco area along with seating are inside the building.

  Disgusting , flies everywhere inside , dirty plates and tables and worse thing is the service. I ordered two items of food and an iced tea, i received only 1 item and hot tea instead and I got no apology they said it was i that ordered wrong , not true at all! So rude ! Disgusting environment and service only care about quickly serving customers to make quick money plus 10cents to use card , everybody uses card, money making only here!

  My favorite place for coffee at waratah the staff are vary freindly and the coffee is the best there is

  So much awesomeness it's ridiculous. The owners are fantastic and the staff are fantastic. I love being greeted by name as I walk in the door. Their coffee is amazing. My number one coffee shop of all time.
