  Extremely good range, large shop site. Everything you will need for any project under the one roof. The staff also know the products and are able to assist you with any questions. Carparking quite reasonable and this shop has been here years. If it's not on hand they are willing to order it in.

  Unlike Bunnings, Mitre 10 at least have a loyalty card. While their variety might not be able to match Bunnings, their stores still does provide heaps of things, and the staff are always nice and friendly. Wesfarmers own Coles and Bunnings, yet they cannot manage to give a loyalty card on hardware stuff. Talk about greed. At least with Mitre 10 when I spend money there I am rewarded- something Bunnings cannot, or will not do.

  Called at 6.40pm to see if they could cut a piece of wood for me. The friendly lady told me to come down and they would cut it. Arrived at 6.50pm they cut it for me and I was out by 7pm. When I went to pay the lovely gentleman said don't worry about it. Unbelievable and rare service in this day and age. I will never spend my money at another hardware store after this incredible experience. Thank you!

  FANTASTIC hardware store. Choose this Mitre 10 over any other competitor. Always get great service, as expected their range is high quality and the people there always very helpful. Prices are great. Thoroughly recommend to anyone
