::Wow where do I start? Booked a carpet clean for 3 rooms, hallway, stairs and lounge room. Wasn't going to be in the vacant house so I left the key. Happen to come by while the cleaner was there. I had to remind her to do the lounge as she said it wasn't on her paperwork. Then she checked and found that it was on her instructions. I then left, she then left. Get a call from the property manager to say the stairs had not been cleaned at all. When I went back around there I found that indeed the stairs were filthy. I emailed the cleaner directly, she swore she did the stairs - many times.I wasn't getting anywhere with her so I called the state number. Meanwhile I checked the other rooms.....the rooms had only been cleaned throughout the middle and not on the edges. Insect, lollies, fluff, nails etc etc. So she forgot the stairs and didn't vacuum the edges of the rooms. The manager backed her up by saying that she had done the stairs. He also offered for her to come back and do them. I said this was not practical as the lease was up. So I ended up completing the job to the standard I expected. I had also previously booked another appointment at my other house for rugs and lounge to be cleaned by GO CLEAN. I asked if they would be prepared to help out by compensating me on the next scheduled job I had for them. He declined to help out with that with in any way. I replied that I would then have to cancel the job as I had no confidence that it would be completed satisfactorily. He then agreed and suggested I cancel the appointment. We all make mistakes and forget things - like stairs and cleaning edges of rooms, so I was prepared to offer them a way to make amends. But no, they stuck to their story and couldn't see that by offering me something in the next job would have displayed compassion and understanding. Totally disrespectful and really poor service. My suggestion is don't go with a multilevel franchise - go local they seem to value their work.

::Do not recommend the service to anybody, could not even get out a blood stain, owners were unrasonable would not refund money now to have to sue through SA tribunal to get my money back so disappointing!!!!!

::I managed to walk some waterproofing paint over my new carpet. I thought it was ruined. Go Clean sent a man round within hours of me calling. With all his contraptions he managed to completely remove the paint and get the carpet looking new again. I was so relieved. Thanks.
