Go Go Lady Boy (ex Tijuana Showgirls) although a strange name, has a great vibe. It's a really small club, and they tend to limit entry so it never gets as crowded as it does at Electric Circus or Fat Controller. Drinks aren't cheap, but they're good. The crowd is mostly straight out of year 12 private schoolers. They do Fridays and Saturdays, and you can get a list to get in cheaper.
