  This has to be the worst establishment I have ever encountered. The owner has the worst management skills I have ever witnessed. He was arrogant, abusive and not worthy of anyone’s time or well-earned money. Avoid this place at all costs, you’re better off eating a crusty sausage roll from 7-Eleven than paying this vermin’s bills.

  Would rate -10 if I could Never felt so uncomfortable in a public place before. Last night; my parter and I sat our drunk friend on a chair so we could get him a meal and drink to sober the poor thing up, and we apparently didn’t order fast enough because without 20 seconds of sitting down (what seemed to be) the manager/owner was at our table demanding us to buy something or get out, so we got a drink and decided to wait 5 before ordering food but within 2 minutes of us buying a drink, he came back and verbally abused the 3 of us; tell us to ‘f**k off’ and to ‘get the f**k out of here because I have a business to f**king run on a f**king Saturday night, so just f**k off’ and he grabbed our friend and pulled him up and pushed him out of the sitting area. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, don’t go here! If we didn’t move as fast as we did, he wouldn’t started physically removing us. He needs a serious life check and an attitude check!

  We had our order ignored and had to wait 45 minutes. Instead of being apologetic the owner came out and said " your order hasn't been registered, just wait". When we complained he said "calm down" . The abhorrent service and the blaze attitude of the staff is truly astonishing in this day and age. There was an error on their side and yet we were victimised. The owner is a unfit to be in customer service. The arrogance is staggering

  Most disgusting display I have ever seen. Store owner openly abused a girl who was trying to look after her friend who was clearly sick, regardless of her well-being. Didn't even bother asking the girl if she was okay, instead forced her to pay a $100 fine for the "mess" she had made. Very unprofessional, after another couple intervened he started verbally abusing them and then assaulted the girl, grabbing her by the throat and choking her and attacking the male. Feel extremely sorry for the employees who have to deal with this sick human being. Would advise everyone to never EVER go here. He should be behind bars for what he has done. Other reviews will also reveal that he clearly needs help, and should not be able to run a business. Extremely cruel, pathetic and absolutely disgusting. I am surprised that no one has locked him up and thrown the key away.
