  I took my car for a wash and vacuum Silver Service. They were very slow, so when it had been an hour and the car was still being washed, I asked to change to the Bronze Service and skip the vacuuming as I needed to leave. I was told this wasn't possible and they could not refund the cost difference. The staff taking payment in the cafe and the actual car wash team were totally unable to communicate with each other and were very rude and abrupt. I won't be back.

  I would call myself a kind of burger hunter, the burgers here are cheap for what you get, I have to give them a flawless 10/10 I had the beef burger completely amazing. Highly recommend this as a burger stop.

  The convenience of this place being open 24/7 with a dedicated cafe is unfortunately ruined by the level of service and professionalism. I have had at least 5 car washed within the last month and every single time I have had to walk around the vehicle with the cleaners to point out what they had missed. On one occasion once coming Home I realised that the boot had not at all been vacuumed or the inside of the windows wiped I called in to rectify the problem. I was greeted with a horrible attitude, and once telling them that I demand a resolution a manager called back hour later telling me to bring the car and that they would vacuum the boot. (the whole car was dirty but the boot was the worse). Our fleet has over 50 cars and we would have loved to been able to use golds car wash as our preferred car wash however we are now having to drive our vehicles further away to ensure that the vehicles are cleaned properly. If the company changes its management and or introduces quality inspection measures, we will give them another chance.

  I regularly take my car here! I've had all varying degrees of packages from the cheap $30 quick inside and outside to the full detail. Great service and speedy. I mean for $30 why wouldn't you get someone else to wash your car! They occasionally get polish stuck in the seams of the exterior plastic but all round it's a jog well done. And complimentary bottle of water from the cafe wheb you pay where they also have food and make a decent coffee.

  Paid the most expensive one $100. They promised my car will be cleaned inside and out it will be like new. They didn't clean watermark on the trunk. The vacuuming is poorly done and I'm sure they are not polish the interior because the dirty spot still there. The photos that I posted is taken 5 minutes after I left. What a rip off! Never coming back
