::Good range of equipment, professional friendly staff and easy access free parking (for the first 3 hours). Can get crowded during peak times.

::If you think you have issues while signing up, wait till you try to ensure that your membership cancellation is going well after the contract.(they wouldn't tell you but they have automatic "ROLL OVER" system which means, your contract renews AUTOMATICALLY! Always call them a month before to ensure cancellation takes place!) The staff on the phone was downright rude. We found another gym and excited to be with them. Half this price, better staff and less intruding like these people! You can't blame the staffs at GOODLIFE- they have monthly quotas which they need to get and that's where we come in :) !

::Helpful staff who go out of their way to answer all your questions when you sign up. Although usually very busy, you can generally complete your workout without fuss. Bathrooms could be in better shape though.

::Asked for a trial period starting this Friday. Before I even started the trial period started getting pressured with text message offers to sign up on this Wednesday or Thursday and get $300 worth of credit. Told the lady I need to first ask my partner and then consider. After getting pressured told her ok will sign up today and the specials expired. I got text messages saying "why didn't you call me before", later spoke to her on a phone call. Found her abrupt, rude, with poor customer services. This sales rep Phoebe clearly had no idea of customer services and how to get new customers. Have never felt so aggravated after a sales call. That's fine plenty of other gyms to choose from. Just found the sales tactic so pressuring didn't even get the chance to trial the gym and now I won't be. Now after reading the other reviews in a way it may have been a good blessing in disguise !!
