::Absolutely the worst service, gave my watch to them for a battery replacement, had the battery replacement done, 3 weeks after the small hands on the 2 dials in the inner face had fallen off and 5 weeks after that battery died again. Took the watch back explained my situation, no talk of cost so I thought it would be under warranty from the battery being a dud battery but now they're asking me to pay again another $127 for battery replacement and saying I need to pay for repairs as well! Also telling me I dropped my watch, when I know full well that's not the case! Now I have a dead and broken watch Never take your jewellery here! They just rip you off.
